Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire engine red rotisserie that roasts all manner of proteins. It’s chicken that’s the star here: served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides basted in jus. A decidedly adventurous wine and cocktail list rounds out the menu. The restaurant features two spaces that consist of an open concept kitchen “Chef’s Bar” where one can get up close and personal with the culinary team, a semi private dining room with reclaimed factory windows, and bespoke seating complemented by antique tiling.

Guests can expect to indulge in Top Chef Canada alum Mayekar’s bold cooking, featuring creative flavour-packed dishes that highlight the unique spices from cuisines around the world with local ingredients, alongside Winnie Sun’s inventive, element-inspired and sustainability-driven cocktails.ELEM’s food menu is an exploration of flavours and spices from all corners of the world, including Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Mumbai – all inspired by Mayekar’s extensive travels and Indian heritage. There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients.     The service was fantastic. Knew when to be present and when not to be. It's so rare for service to find that happy medium of not making their guest wait and not being a bother. Tonight was perfect.

    Awesome service and delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation is beautiful and is served promptly. I highly recommend the scallops and if available the, uni. The brussel sprouts are addictive. I will have the lamb on my next visit. For desert, the Green Tea Opera is outstanding! Don’t miss this gem in Vancouver!

    I had a great time celebrating my friends birthday on Wednesday! Our server was great and didn't sound scripted or feel like she was trying to oversell us and made sure we had the best time while giving great food recommendations. Would definitely go back :)

    My husband and I always go out for brunch on New Years Day. This year we were very excited to try Victor. If anyone knows how to do a busy brunch it’s the crew at Victor. The food stations were very well maintained. The selections were plentiful and the service was top notch. The restaurant was beautifully appointed, the food was well laid out, we had a wonderful time. Great start to 2025. We’ll be back next year.
