The Fox is an award winning pub & fine dining restaurant with rooms located in picturesque Willian near Letchworth, North Hertfordshire. Each table has an umbrella for cover, but please come prepared for inclement weather. It was my 21st birthday and i ordered the flat iron steak - it was absolutely divine, cooked perfectly. I also got a scoop of ice cream with a candle in on the house! I always love coming here, it feels so sophisticated and classy but laid back at the same time. Every time i visit the Hermitage i have an amazing time. Prices were reasonable considering the quality.
