Rainbow Falls​附近的餐廳

There was initially a miscommunication in regards to our meal order. It was 30+ minutes and still no sign of our appetizer. A team member graciously apologized and they decided to comp our entire meal - appetizer, 3 drinks and 2 entrees. This was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. 5 stars for going the distance to accommodate the situation.

Our server Brianna was amazing! Service and food was fantastic, the crispy cauliflower and vegetarian shepherds pie was sooo delicious! Hubby got the baseball steak and ate every last bite. I love that the keg has revamped their menus to have more vegetarian options. The kids snack platter that was brought out, was so thoughtful and my daughter loved it. She felt very special to have her own little plate platter. And the Billy miner pie is a must, our favourite way to end our dinner at the keg!

We went to The Keg for New Year's Day, and it was perfect! The kids gobbled up their steak and lobster—I swear, they'd have drunk the melted butter if I hadn't stopped them! My husband loved his sirloin, and my Sirloin Oscar was perfect—the beets were great! The service was amazing from start to finish, our server was fantastic, very attentive! Can't wait to go back!

We found the seating chairs to be inadequate to support us when we sat on them. We are not that heavy, but we found that the cushions and suspension of the chair seat cushion was failing. We had to pick other chairs in order to find a better chair to sit on that was more comfortable, which was unsuccessful. Our server was very helpful and able to accommodate us as we requested. Some of the staff need to be educated as to not reaching across to fill a glass full of water. Proper serving and etiquette.

It was fine dining, which I love! And yet the ambiance was not pretentious! It was warm welcoming and inviting. It was a very romantic dinner!
