The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. We enjoyed everything- even the rolls snd butter (a square of butter in herb flavored olive oil) was delicious. Our server took good care of us and it was a busy night. I had the salmon special and it melted in my mouth. My husband had seafood - each piece cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was really good. It was our first time but not our last meal at Mason Grille 52.
