As the only certified Ice Master outside of Japan, Lee has created a cocktail menu at Tokyo Noir that will make it a destination for serious bar culture fans, who want to experience the art and craft of cocktailing. The beverages are complemented by a robust izakaya-style menu from Chef Ulises Alfaro-Piñeda, with craveable small plates that go beyond bar snack expectations. As a whole, this discreet speakeasy concept will surprise locals and impress the industry.If you don't see reservations we are fully booked, we do take walk-ins if people no show. Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmer's Market produce.     The food was exceptional. We got the 18oz Porterhouse steak and it was delicious. So tender and flavorful. Our waiter, Gilberto was amazing. We genuinely felt the love from him. I brought my girlfriend (Now fiancé) here after proposing to her at the beach and our waiter was wonderful. He gave us all the best wishes and even a complimentary Crème Brûlée. Will definitely be back here. Best steakhouse in town hands down.

    The ambiance is great for groups and gathering. Christmas decor all around. Live music in the background and great place to catch up with people. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. The in house bread are soft, moist, and freshly baked. We had 18oz bone in steak, lobster mac and cheese, corn risotto, spaghetti and meatballs, and mushrooms. All complimented one another. My aunt also got a celebration cheesecake since it is her birthday. The butter cake is so soft, moist, and decadent. Our server is so polite despite the busy night. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you and until next time.

    Amazing food and great service Bridgett! This is my 2nd time dining at Telefèric!! Excellent service, very attentive and the quality of food is great. Paella, Jamon, Wellington, kebabs, and shrimp were incredible. If you have room for dessert, please try the cookie in a skillet and churros. I will be returning for a night of great food and service.
