He had to have them cook it longer, it was closer to rare-medium rare, they cooked it quickly on each side however the inside was still not medium but we took it home and it cooked up great for leftovers. We also added crab legs and lobster tail to our meals and that was amazing! The lobster tail was grilled, such great flavor.
