We dined at Mole late after a day at the Grand Canyon ! Would definitely return for the Shrimp tostada, Pineapple margarita . We also enjoyed the Skirt Steak served with fresh tortillas and the Enchiladas. Our server was friendly and helpful … Overall a good experience!

This wasn’t just a dinner, it was a culinary experience. The food was outstanding! We started with the Elk appetizer, my first time, it was delicious, not gamey at all! The rib eye steak was hands down the best tasting steak I’ve ever had. All of the flavors in the dishes complimented everything so well, it was like a firework show in my mouth. Dessert didn’t disappoint either. The craft cocktails were perfection as well. A very tasty unique experience!

Great food and wonderful service. We ate here for dinner our first night as guests at the hotel and everything was delicious. We had the “Wedgie” salad and the wagyu burger, both super delish. The fries are incredible. Our server was Jerrod, very cool guy, super personable. We appreciated him. The next morning we had breakfast at Rascal and it was just as great. We love all the little touches, e.g., pet menu for our doggo, cute teapot & mug my tea came in, all the jam choices for the croissants…… very special! Our server was super sweet, I can’t remember her name, sorry! 😞 We had the croissants, they were good, a little doughy for me, but my husband loved them; eggs Benedict was great, as was my husband’s breakfast. All in all, this is a great spot and the attention to detail, as well as the service should make Rascal a go-to for sure.

We were warmly received by the hostess who promptly seated us at a nice table in the main dining room. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Really enjoyed the homemade pasta especially the Bella vita rigatoni and the Fettuccine. The perfect ending to our meal was the frozen orange dessert. And the cannoli.
