Chandler’s is a locally-owned, upscale dinner house specializing in prime steaks and jet-fresh seafood located in Hotel 43 in beautiful downtown Boise. Enjoy a craft cocktail, including the famous Ten Minute Martini, or a glass from our award-winning wine list. Featuring live jazz every night and complimentary valet parking. Chandlers is the recipient of the DiRona award which recognizes distinguished restaurants of North America and is the Treasure Valley's only Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Restaurant. The wine list features over 700 selections and 30 wines by the glass, and we have been recognized by Wine Spectator for our wine list every year, including four consecutive years earning the Best Award of Excellence. ***Construction Update***Road work has resumed, restricting access to Chandlers from Grove and 10th. We will continue to provide complimentary valet service, accessible via 10th from Front St. The Parking Garage will remain open if you prefer to self park.

The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. For the main event, choose from a wide variety of tantalizing meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, certain to please even the most particular of palates. Then cook them tableside in one of our savory broths or even in traditional oil. Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only five-course tasting menu, featuring a prix fixe meal with curated beverage pairings. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $115 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Friday and Saturdays at 6:15 pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $115, including beverage pairings.
