Third time dining at Le Rivage pre theatre. Everyone was perfect and execute our time constrictions with plenty of time without rushing us. Each course was perfection. Cocktails, French onion soup, mussels, French onion burger, chocolate mouse and molten chocolate cake. Delicious! A particular standout was server Nicole. More than pleasant, helpful and excellent with timing our meal as well as two other couples that had similar needs. Because I preferred a less sugary dessert, she was quick to make great choices. Thank you so much Nicole A great establishment in the theatre district.

Food & service were amazing! The pasta trio was on point last night & our server Mike was one of the best! Loved the short rib ragu! It’s so nice try different Italian wines and take the price out of the equation! $40 a bottle was amazing!

Orso is a consistently exceptional restaurant. Despite the nightly pre- theatre rush, the food arrives perfectly prepared, on time, and brought by friendly, engaging servers who are experts at their jobs. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends who are visiting NYC.

This is our go-to pre-theater spot. The food is always good, there's something for everyone (even out-of-town guests), the service is always superb, and we always get our check in time to make the show. I'm partial to their Caesar's salad and burger, and the hot fudge pudding dessert, but all the guests I've brought here have also enjoyed their meals (salmon, pasta, you name it).

I loved this place !! I found it looking for a good restaurant near my hotel and it was a great shot! I think I made a mistake with the pasta I ordered. It was the spaghetti carbonara and it was more or less.. if I come back I’ll order cacio e Pepe or rigatoni a la vodka. The biscata was delicious! I’m n fact we ordered an extra one! And Marguerite pizza delicious too!
