Spendy, but is was cooked perfectly, had a great crust, and was a melt-in-your-mouth flavor explosion. The Japanese A5 Wagyu has too much fat in my opinion, but this Angus/Wagyu hybrid was perfect. I finished with a caeser and my amazing server Anastacia was able to add white anchovies on the side along with a lobster bisque. I tried a Love Letter mocktail that was tangy and sweet.
