Hello!Root Down and the Edible Beats Family (Root Down, Linger, Vital Root & El Five) are very grateful to welcome you to our restaurant.Our menu features eclectic, globally-influenced seasonal cuisine, with a focus on organic, natural and locally-sourced ingredients. Our interior dining space has the classic vibe of a neighborhood restaurant, while our large main patio offers picturesque views of the near neighborhood and downtown skyline.Reservations are available online at ediblebeats.com, as well as OpenTable. We happily accept walk-ins as availability allows.Our space is available for private events year round, please inquire with us directly for information.Please be aware we are located in a residential area, and parking is available in the near neighborhood, along with a small paid-lot located directly across the street from our location.We look forward to seeing you!

Aloha! Experience the ultimate warm-weather holiday escape right here in the heart of the Highlands.Introducing Avantiki - a holiday-themed pop-up complete with holiday and tiki-inspired cocktails such as spiked egg nogs and boozy punch bowls, bamboo and island floral accents, hula dancers, Santas in Hawaiian shirts, sand-laced snow and lots of holiday lights. Avantiki will be open from Friday, November 22nd to Saturday, December 28th. A portion of our entrance fee will be donated to Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness (CHOW) which provides mental health support and services to restaurant industry workers. The oldest remaining structure in Denver’s iconic Union Station neighborhood, historic Hose House No. 1 was one of the first fire stations in Denver. The Family Jones Spirit House is a distillery and tasting room featuring crafted spirits and bites. It emphasizes the relationship between distiller, chef, bartender and guest, with a focus on hospitality that makes it a gathering place where all feel at home. Nestled in the space at 3245 Osage St., The Family Jones Distillery occupies the former Mancinellis Market building two doors from Root Down. Designed and built by tres birds workshop, the space pairs industrial elements with rich wood details. The roof was lifted to add a second-floor mezzanine where distillery operations are now perched above a sunken, curvilinear, concrete bar. Guests enter the space through a large, square, wooden door made from reclaimed, on-site materials. Inside, they are met with low-slung seating, deep blue booths and soft lighting. Two-story wooden louvers flank the Osage Street glass facade, offering passive temperature and lighting control, while drawing attention to the well-lit copper still.
