Our location brings out the best in fresh local seafood, dry aged beef, world-class wines and waterfront views - making The Restaurant at Alderbrook a destination in itself. The interior setting of The Restaurant at Alderbrook takes its inspiration from the outdoors with warm colors of chocolate brown and sage green representing the gardens and lawn of the resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multi-levels amplify views of the brilliant shore and snow-capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains. The cuisine showcases local seafood harvested from Puget Sound and Hood Canal. After all, our shores are encrusted with oysters, our docks lined with mussels, and our sea teems with salmon.

Hood Canale' is a unique Wine & Beer bar offering a retail wine shop as well. The bar, garden and waterfront areas serve Napolitano-style wood-fired pizza and charcuterie platters and more. Come in and try our signature Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pizza and pair it with one of our 800 bottles of champagne or wine from around the world.     GreenHouse provided a great experience for our pre holiday dinner with friends. The restaurant was appropriately decorated and festive. Our waiter, Benjamin, expertly guided our menu choices and was very attentive. Our friends decided on the Chateaubriand for two which they thoroughly enjoyed. It was carved table side by one of the chefs from the kitchen. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare. Kudos to all.

    We were lucky to be sat at a great table to enjoy the trapeze show which is fun to see and a different dining experience. The ambience was warm and festive. Our server was lovely. She was friendly and helpful. The food was next level good. Our party enjoyed the lasagna, clam linguine, agnolotti and rigatoni with meatballs. All delicious. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the cake with pistachios. Also both delicious. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can!

    So many great lunch choices! Our meals were great. And our server was WONDERFUL!! You can't beat the view. We had a really nice holiday lunch!

    We always have the best time! My mom and I came for dinner last night and our waiter was wonderful. He is every time we go there! Everyone else we encountered were pleasant as well. The food is always amazing, as are the drinks. Will always be one of our go to places!

    Hood Canale has truly outstanding pizza made in Neapolitan style in a wood-fired oven. The service is excellent. We will be going back often.
