Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

Manalu is a new authentic Italian restaurant by Chef/Owner Marco Pontecorvo. The name was to combine all three of his family members names. MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, his daughter, and LU for Lucia, his wife. Manalu's goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic Italian cuisine and the original pizza Napoletana cooked in a brick oven. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm, perfect for family and friends. Manalu` also has a full bar and happy hour Mon-Fri from 4pm to 7pm.     This was our first visit to The Tasting Room and we were not disappointed! Everything was excellent from the quality of the food to the excellent service we received. Food portions were "just right" and our server was very attentative, we didn't have to ask for a thing! This is a white table cloth restaurant with moderately high prices, but is also casual in that you don't have to wear a suit to dinner and we even saw some visiting cowboys doned in their hats enjoying dinner! We highly recommend this restaurant when in Frederick City and now that it is the holidays, the city is most beautiful at night with all the festive lights!

    Delicious brunch as always, but as it was busy, service was somewhat slower than usual. But, allowing for the fact that it was the day after Thanksgiving, it was understandable. Great food, and friendly waitstaff!

    My five person family (husband and three kids) all agreed that Ariana is one of the best severs we’ve had in a long time! She made the experience exceptional with her upbeat and friendly attitude! She was knowledgeable on what proved to be an excellent menu! We all ordered various items from the drink, appetizer, entree and desert menu. Every item was well prepared, flavored, portioned and presented! Loved the ambience too! Well lit establishment, not too dark or bright! Another thoughtful touch was warm towels to wipe our hands!! We will be back!
