Our name - SMOKE. Woodfire Grill - signifies the unique dining experience we offer our guests here in Tulsa. Each of the proteins we use in our dishes have either been prepared over the open flame of our woodfire grill or slow smoked. And, if you prefer, you are welcome to enjoy a different kind of smoke in our hermetically sealed cigar lounge before after or during your meal. Our guests are free to choose one of our premium cigar options from our humidor or bring their own. Our cuisine is described as “Inspired American” in genre and “Locally Sourced” in philosophy and ingredients. The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. When the weather is nice, the patio is open and dogs are more than welcome to visit The Wild Fork with their owners.There is a complete wine list to order from at The Wild Fork. We are famous for our Wood Fired Empanadas and Hummus and Flatbread, but you will find much to explore on this incredible chef driven menu. I got the pork chop with risotto. Seriously one of the best meals I’ve eaten in awhile. Pork chop was tender and juicy. Risotto was creamy and flavorful. Highly suggest you try that meal!

Food was amazing … service was just right. Wagu burger is the best value on the menu and the smoked chicken pasta was my wife’s favorite. Props and shoot out go the bartender on the Old Fashion. Only change would be to add the large block ice cube for the old fashion.

This was far and away our favorite of our three dinners we had at fancy restaurants during our time in Tulsa. The menu is highly creative, and we loved every bit of it. Our server Messina was knowledgeable and professional and warm all at once. Amelia's will be our first stop next time we're in Tulsa.
