Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. It’s always delightful to dine at The Keg. The food, drink/wine offerings, service & overall presentation were all on the mark. Afterwards we went into the lounge for after dinner drinks. Both servers in each room were pleasant. The Greeters when we arrived & departed were both welcoming & gracious. The on duty Manager was also courteous and accommodating. We observed him in action & he handled a “situation” very professionally. We notice things like that being retired hospitality executives. The Keg is a wonderful place for locals & visitors. We recommend & will be back on Wednesday. Very telling!👏😊🍷

8 of us for dinner. Service was great. Food and drinks came out fast. Good live music in the other room. WAY better overall than last time.
