Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. This was the 2nd time dining here. We wasn’t disappointed. The service was excellent. The food was lovely. Scallop starter was delicious. Cooked perfectly. We had the Sunday Roast Beef. The beef was cooked to our liking and it was tender and really tasty. We both enjoyed a glass of the house wine with our dinner which was really nice, I had the red and my wife had Rose’. I had the cheese board to finish which was amazing. If you like cheese go for it. Over all 10/10. We will be going back. Love our Sunday roasts.

Great food, attentive but not intrusive service, and a great vibe. It’s not the cheapest steak diner, but it’s definitely one of the best steaks you’ll ever eat. Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

Booked as was my niece's birthday. Service was great from start to finish. Food was delicious and plentiful. Can't fault it. A really lovely evening.
