Stable Café is open from 4PM to 8pm daily for guests of Biltmore Estate.Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. This is our go-to fine dining special occasion restaurant. The food has just been great without exception and the staff friendly and welcoming. We love eating here and the casual atmosphere makes it pleasant and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

Our appetizers, meals, and drinks were delicious. We were sadly disappointed in the buckeye cake. Very dry! Service was excellent. My Christmas margarita was remarkable! I need to figure out the recipe for home. Overall WONDERFUL experience

Perfection just like every time we dine with Postero. We love to bring out of town friends to the place we always rave about because they think we’re exaggerating. Then they experience dining at Postero and they’re blown away. The cherry on top is when we get to say “Told ya so” at the end of the night LOL.
