The 6 of us celebrated a family birthday here and had a fantastic experience. The staff are all fantastic. The food is exceptional and is the best Italian we have ever had the specialities are the Tagliatelle Tartufo, and the fresh sea bass which is the best I have ever had and I like my seafood! This was cooked to perfection. In fact, it is very hard to pick a dish that is not outstanding. Once you have sampled the amazing cuisine here, you will be back time and time again in fact they have just released a new menu. If you try nowhere else, you must eat here. This is a 6* restaurant!!! Everything is freshly prepared and all the pasta is home-made.

Fredrick’s belongs to The Hotel Carlton Bournemouth, The Hotel is let’s say has seen better days which is reflected in the Bar and Restaurant however the staff in the restaurant are friendly. Tommy looked after us both nights. He’s so professional and friendly. We were on a deal. Room Bed & Breakfast and 3 course dinner. The menu for this deal is fine. Plenty of choice. The food we had was nice. Ok place for a deal. Breakfast standard. But considering the deal plenty of choice.

I visited with my family last week and we absolutely loved the food. Beautiful restaurant with authentic Lebanese cuisine. My family are both English and Lebanese, so we really enjoyed and appreciated the experience. I will definitely be back. The food and service were amazing. Make sure you ask for their garlic sauce. It's immense.

Delicious cream tea. Friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely views from the drawing room. Decorated very nicely for Christmas. Will definitely return.
