With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula. A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for. Our 7,000 square foot space is located in the Downtown Commons Neighborhood (DOCO) in the lobby of The Sawyer Hotel. Situated on the bustling J Street corridor facing the Golden 1 Center main entrance.     So fantastic!! Went for 4th Anniversary. Got to sit at a special table. Menu said Happy Anniversay at the top. Michael, the Manager, was very welcoming, and Damian, our Server, was on top of everything without being intrusive. Steak and scallops were AMAZING!!! Definitely will be back.

    This was the best bday dinner for my husband. Our server, Eric, was fantastic, he went over and beyond to make sure our dinner was perfect and it was. Food was delish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, Chad, who cleared our dishes, was outstanding as well, he was friendly, polite and served us extremely well. We wish every server we have is like Eric!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best, polite, friendly, efficient and so courteous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect bday and evening.

    I went here for lunch and it was an excellent meal at a reasonable price. I had the tomato bisque which was fabulous, then was completely enthralled with the ahi tuna salad. I was totally full and happy with my meal and the entire experience. Service was quick and attentive (even though the place was very busy with the holiday events) but not intrusive.

    Dustin was our waiter, very kind and attentive. Food came out timely and was delicious. Cadillac margaritas were awesome.
