The Front Porch is an intimate restaurant featuring creative Southern Coastal Cuisine located in historic Leonardtown. Set within the Sterling House, we offer casual dining in a cozy atmosphere and our friendly staff delivers gracious service. We are open for outside, dine-in downstairs and dine-in upstairs seating by reservation only. Outside seating is weather permitting and available in order of booking. Outside seating is only available if you are given the option when you confirm your reservation.. Please call for any party in excess of 8 people. Located at 699 14th Street on the coveted corner of 14th and G Street NW, La Grande Boucherie is situated on the most high-profile street in Washington D.C., just one block away from the White House. The restaurant is built in elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style, evoking the sense of optimism from the turn of the 20th century. The brasserie’s menu features both classic and modern French dishes, with focus on the meat program, raw bar and extravagant large-format meats, ideal for sharing and celebrating. Mahogany wood and glass partitions divide the gargantuan space to create intimate dining experiences. These pieces are adorned in gilded accents and uniquely curved arches inspired by the 20th-century Art Nouveau movement of Paris. Seafood, seafood, seafood - that is what St. Mary's County is all about. So here we are opening The Foxy Fish seafood restaurant. My restaurant experience started at the age of 14 working for my mom and dad, the original owners and operators of Bert's 50's Diner. I started as a cashier, learned the kitchen, did everything required to run the restaurant and eventually became the general manager. We intend to strive to do all of these things at The Foxy Fish. We are very excited to open The Foxy Fish and look forward to serving you!

    A lovely experience. Macy, our server, was attentive, kind and helpful. This was a typically great experience for us and I was happy to introduce some visiting family members to The Front Porch!

    Christmas Eve dinner at OEG is a 24-year tradition for my daughter and me. As always, the food was awesome. My daughter and I were quite surprised and disappointed by the lackluster greeting and overall experience when we walked in. The word "dismissive" comes to mind. Because our previous experiences were fabulous, I will look at this visit as a "one-off" one. Merry Christmas and a Happy 2025!!!

    We ate at IPM for Christmas Eve and though they were busy, everything was excellent. Our table was ready when we walked in the door. Food was hot and delicious and the wait was reasonable. Our server was knowledgeable and gave us just the right amout of attention. Highly recommend.

    Great atmosphere and delicious food! Almost canceled our 9:30 pm reservation but so glad we didn’t. The place was packed but the service was efficient. We had both kinds of gnocchi, vegetable frites, Caesar salad and fusilli with three kinds of meat- it was all excellent!

    Breakfast with Santa event was well received by the children and adults in our group. The food was good, the crafts for the children were outstanding and the Christmas decorations were beautiful!
