My Father had passed a few days ago and still trying to give my 90 year old Mother a Christmas with her husband and my sister- her other daughter a good day. Very difficult story but the manager made it happen where we felt cared for and I would hire this Manager for any of my properties! He was truly the right pick and showed his care and love - which is the basis of hospitality. Will always rememberhis kindness. You go.
