The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Like Point Grace, Grace’s Cottage is an architectural gem, replete with bright white gingerbread trim and fretwork against shades of peach/coral with lime green touches. With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and absolutely mouthwatering. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and indulgent. Every bite was a 10/10. What truly set the evening apart was the incredible service. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. To top it all off, they surprised me with a delightful birthday dessert, making the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place that combines exceptional food with top-notch service, BLT Steakhouse is it. Highly recommend!

    Amazing. We felt like we were at home in Turks because we kept returning here. The food was outstanding. Julian and Michelle and the staff are incredibly accommodating! The Souflee was incredible.

    Gorgeous location and one of the best meals we’ve had on our trip. The pomodoro pasta is everything I ever want in a pomodoro pasta. The bruschetta is amazing, garlicky and lots of yummy flavor. Beef carpaccio is also a great starter. We’ve been to Italy and we know our pasta, so we aren’t messing around when we say the pasta was GOOD! Our girl LaVonne made everything better. We chatted until there were no other guests left in the restaurant. She was the cherry on top of an amazing meal!
