The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Like Point Grace, Grace’s Cottage is an architectural gem, replete with bright white gingerbread trim and fretwork against shades of peach/coral with lime green touches.     This was by far our best meal on the island. The food was excellent, fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The ambience was so nice on the patio under the stars.

    We had an incredible experience at Infinity Restaurant—our second visit, and it was just as exceptional as the first. Our group included four adults and two 8-year-old kids, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We celebrated my 50th birthday in their stunning outdoor setting, which truly elevated the evening. As someone who values atmosphere, I can confidently say this is by far the best restaurant in Turks and Caicos.

    We ate at 6 different top shelf restaurants this week, and this outing was in our top 2! Great food (Beef Ragu/Bolognese & Shrimp Fett) and server (Julie) was awesome! Julie was super attentive, great sense of humor, and was just a pleasure. Had nice live jazz music too! Great experience overall!

    Our experience here was nothing short of spectacular. I took my wife to dinner here for her birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure that she felt that her birthday was a priority. Mark and staff were very attentive to our needs and gave tasteful recommendation. Not to mention that they stayed after hours until we were done eating and even had the entire staff singing happy birthday with a little bit of magic as well. If we are back in Turks we will definitely be going back. Thank you again Mark for everything.
