We offer a fresh and inventive twist to traditional Irish fare, bringing together flavours from our travels around the world and local seasonal ingredients to create food you’ll fall in love with. Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world, childhood memories and seasonal changes. They are crafted using locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality, with a lot of care, and respect, for the environment that sustains us and the suppliers that share our hands-on approach. This is where the old and favourite flavours meet contemporary, Irish ingredients, in a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or larger groups, with a capacity of up to 275 people. Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace.
