Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district.     House of Cards hosted us to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. The ambiance, quality, and flavor cannot be understated. The servers were knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu: from food to drinks and cigars. Dinner service was partnered with close-up magic tricks and a full magic performance. In addition, the restaurant’s photographer provides complimentary photos. The experience is not one to be forgotten, and it ranks highly among my favorite experiences in any restaurant or speakeasy.

    Food quality was absolutely incredible and the service was just as incredible! However, the kindness and hospitality from both Jay, our server, and Chef Charles was truly the best part of our dining experience. I just sold my 3 restaurants near the Gators football stadium so I am definitely am very picky yet both Jay and Charles completely blew me, my wife and 4 kids away! No trip to Nashville is complete unless you visit Ella’s by Chef Christian Petroni especially due to Chef Charles and if you are lucky enough to get Jay as your server!

    Hal’s was a classic steakhouse experience for our Christmas Eve dinner. Great server (it was busy but he remained attentive with some hustle). Apps, salads, steaks and sides all perfectly prepared and served. Good wine pairing with a California Cab. It’s what we were lookinng for (steak house experience at steak house pricing). Will be back
