It was our first time going to Hudson Valley Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the service was impeccable. The wait staff all worked together to make sure our dining experience was perfect. The food was incredible. We stated with the 2 Hudson Valley Salads for 6 people. Delish. We also ordered 2 Porterhouse Steaks along with Mashed potatoes, Hudson Valley Potatoes and Creamed spinach. Big portions. We were all full. The owner was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Oh... the martinis were amazing too. Will definitely return.

Amazing evening with great food and service! Fireplace was burning creating a great ambiance. Look forward to returning.

If you're looking for a beautiful dining experience in Westchester...Apropos is the place to go! I had had a very difficult day that ended in a beautiful way: with a late, solo birthday dinner at Apropos. The ambiance is lovely, warm an inviting. The food was quite perfect! I had the Branzino and the crème brûlée. Both were ideal and I am rather picky. The broth for the Branzino was remarkably seasoned with subtle layers and an unctuous feel that ideally paired with the fish. The crème brûlée was unconscionably delicious...that I did not finish it all could be seen as an act of restraint...but...mostly I was just too full! And as wonderful as the food was, it's really the staff that made my night! Kind, warm, attentive without being overwhelming... What more could I have asked for? I can hardly wait to go back!

A perfect evening to celebrate the holidays! atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Food as always wonderful- chicken scaparelli and chicken adn shrimp in gorgonzola sauce delicious! SErive is beyond wonderful- Lenny & Art always make us feel like family! will be back very soon! thank you!
