Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Led by award-winning, nationally-recognized chef Jason Knibb, NINE-TEN offers the perfect combination of sophistication and casual elegance and an ideal location along lively Prospect Street in the Village of La Jolla. Recognized with MICHELIN distinction, NINE-TEN’s globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine features the best of the harvest from local artisans where products are selected daily for the restaurant’s seasonal menus. Dine indoors or al fresco on our sidewalk patio or back terrace with peek views of the Pacific Ocean. Heaters and blankets are available during the colder weather. Private dining rooms are also available for groups of 8 or more. Breakfast is served Wednesday through Friday, 7 am to 11 am. Le Coq is James Beard Best Chef finalist Tara Monsod’s new wave French steakhouse. Inspired by the modern Parisian culinary landscape, chef Tara reinvents classic dishes through her signature approach, blending cross-cultural references and ingredients for a distinctly SoCal expression of French cuisine. Bright touches and hyper-seasonal products ground the menu with San Diego style, while nods to chef Tara’s Southeast Asian background are interwoven throughout. Located in downtown La Jolla in a 1930’s historic building with exposed brick walls, steel trusses, and a barrel-vaulted ceiling. Into this storied shell is inserted a posh 1970’s diner club.

    Had the Thanksgiving meal, amazing price for not only the quality but also the quantity we got. Service was excellent, ambiance made me feel like i was in europe. Overall 10/10!

    We had a fantastic meal while visiting from Canada. We had a wonderful outside booth and incredible service. Our table had a sweet card on it wishing us a happy anniversary when we arrived. We started with cocktails (pina colada and mai tai) and shared the gotten sticky ribs and coconut shrimp. We shared the Filet mignon. All of the food was really nicely done. The steak was like butter. We enjoyed a glass of wine with our steak and then, even though we were very full, we shared the key lime pie and were glad we did! I highly recommend this restaurant and its wonderful staff and suggest finishing the night with a photo with Duke, the bronze statue out front.

    Incredible meal! Fresh pasta and the service was top notch. My kids 11 & 9 enjoyed their meal as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had.

    Food was all delicious! It’s so great to receive impeccable service… an art form that seems to have been lost a bit after Covid. The patio seating was comfortable and the decor and ambiance were great. What an absolute treat!
