Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends at the Ivy, Brighton on Tuesday for my birthday. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, the service was fantastic, gorgeous ambience and delicious food. We had the 2 course Heritage meal which was such good value, and had a glass of complementary English sparkling wine each and a dessert with candle as it was my birthday! So delicious and innovative throughout. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection (Ribeye which I highly recommend), the sides were creative and tasty and the waiting staff were incredible and attentive. Extra thanks to Archie for cooking the amazing food and keeping us entertained at the bar whilst we ate. Definitely returning again… and again… and again.

Authentic Thai food, lovely staff, quiet family type restaurant overlooking the green in the historic village of East Dean. It's my local Thai restaurant and each time I eat here I'm transported back to the wonderful times I've spent in Thailand. If you're looking for great food, attentive staff and a lovely setting, look no further.

Food was served quickly, lovely and hot. Sadly they had run out of Sunday Roasts in the evening when we arrived but selection on menu was good. Great they serve food until 10pm. We joined in the pub quiz which was good fun too.
