The Garden has existed in some form since 1988, making us the oldest restaurant in Avon. In its current form, The Garden is back under family ownership and operation, harking back to simpler and friendly times when an evening was spent making new friends and debating over which mountain to ski the next day. Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025. Reservations needs to be cancelled 2 days prior to avoid cancellation fee of $ 75.00.Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.Winter season will be closed on Sunday.We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.Thank you for joining us for a wonderful dinner.

    The food is terrific - great portion size and flavor is spot on. Scallion pancakes are a delicious starter. Green curry has a nice flavor and spice level. Owners are a long time valley family and are present and participate thru the whole evening. Bar options are top shelf. Most mixers are homemade with fresh ingredients and Shervin makes terrific drinks of all sorts. Nice to enjoy a great meal among people who care. It shows!

    From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by a true Colorado native, in shorts and flip flops in 6 degree weather and snow 😉, (with owner vibes 😉) we felt as if we were walking into a family home for dinner. We were seated right away (with reservations of course) and each staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food, oh my goodness, the food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and made terrific recommendations! We are so glad we chose to have dinner at Fattoria for our first night in Colorado! It was an amazing way to start our trip!!
