Here at The Boathouse we are proud to offer a warm Scottish welcome. Our hearty menu is inspired by the fantastic range of options Scotland has to offer. We have a passion for using seasonal, local produce and are here to ensure our guests have the very best dining experience. We are delighted to serve up an array of home cooked Scottish favourites including freshly landed fish and chips, The Boathouse steak pie, haggis, neeps and tatties and many other classics. Our bar area offers a warm and cosy welcome whether your tipple is a beer, wine, cocktail, gin or dram. And don’t forget we have the most fabulous outdoor seating overlooking the stunning Loch, the perfect spot on a sunny day. We also have a small number of outdoor covered bothies available. We are dog friendly and serve up a special menu for our four legged friends created by our friends

    We recently visited this restaurant as a family of six, including our baby, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The homemade food was absolutely delicious—each dish was flavorful. You can really taste the care that goes into the cooking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this restaurant for families and anyone looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere with great food. We can’t wait to return!

    Had a lovely experience at the boat house. A group of girls celebrating our friends getting married stayed in loch Tay house and visited the restaurant for dinner one night. The staff were very accommodating, polite and we had a great laugh with them. The food was beautiful and everyone enjoyed their meal.

    Amazing location and the guys were perfect hosts the food was outstanding small menu but had enough for the few nights I was there would definitely recommend 5 stars from me and the family
