A little bit of heart goes into each dish prepared and local ingredients are sourced when they're available. Eat lightly, enjoying some appetizers in the lounge or enjoy a full sit-down dinner with several mouth-watering entrees. Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal. Calf's liver, Colorado rack of lamb and Boulder natural rotisserie chicken are just a few of the options. Ask the sommelier to pair a wine with your meal.     Favorite restaurant in Aspen! Food & service are top notch. Seafood selection is amazing-highly highly recommend the hamachi tacos, tuna tartare, and sautéed calamari that was served in a beautiful light herby wine sauce that made me want to drink the sauce once we were finished :) Branzino was also cooked to perfection.

    Had no idea what to expect at Mollie considering they don’t even have a proper dining room. Was so pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the food. All four in our party loved everything we had. Would go back again tomorrow.

    Campo de Fiori is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in Aspen mostly because of the ambiance. In the winter, it's the perfect spot for a cozy winter dinner. In the summer, I love sitting in the courtyard. Service is always fantastic!

    The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.
