Reserve an evening of fine dining with meals finished by a superb culinary team in an adult only restaurant. Whether it is an romantic dinner or a friends gathering, we offer an experience you will remember. Each meal is created to order with a professional culinary team. Matched with an Ontario Local Bar Menu of featured Wineries, Local Brewery's and Spirits and even an option for BYOW for an extra charge. Our team of staff want to spoil you, with a great meal, served with attention to detail in an ambiance that is relaxing and special. Please be sure to tell us if you are celebrating as special occasion so we can decorate your table-you can also upgrade to a Celebration Package which is a kit of mini bottle of champagne & a cute, decadent box of truffles for a cost of $20.00 to toast your celebration. Choose from an option to seat early 5:00-5:45pm for a 3 course meal for $65.00 per person or 6:00-7:30pm for a 4 course meal for $72.00 per person. Includes tea/coffee.

    Spectacular evening! The food was beyond delicious!! (There were 3 of us and we all ordered different things. After much passing of forks to taste everything, we decided that EVERYTHING was yummy!) Our server “Courtney” did an amazing job and any assistance from the rest of the staff was also great! It was well worth the one hour drive for us and a trip to the Heather Lodge is already on the list for our next special occasion!!

    Absolutely incredible dinner at Haliburton Post House. Service was friendly, professional and attentive. Celeste and Jasmine were wonderful hosts. Wine paring recommendation was spot on. The food was outstanding, so much attention to detail exquisitely plated. The passion of the Chef and the entire staff shines through with every detail. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy another fabulous evening. Keep up the great work.

    The grounds of the resort could use some maintenance. But the inside of the building is beautiful. The restaurant has a nice quiet romantic ambiance. I would say it’s fine dining. It was very quick service and extremely tasteful dinner. The servers were friendly and efficient.
