We get our name from John Gahan, a prominent merchant and importer of wines, teas, and groceries on Prince Edward Island in the 19th century. His former place of residence is now the location of the original Gahan House in Charlottetown, P.E.     A wonderful Tibb’s Eve special menu and all the classics as well. Enjoyed a wonderful Newfoundland slush. The “Skink” was amazing.

    The customer service here was top tier - as a first time visit they ensured our visit was welcoming. The manager himself brought out a complimentary tasting plate while we were browsing the menu. The server (Sherri) was so personable and passionate about the menu. It was also my birthday and they made it really special with a complimentary desert with a happy birthday message on it. I will definitely be back.

    My pregnant wife and I went to EDNA with two other couples for an evening out. The food was so good, that immediately following the meal, my wife started her labour. After paying the bill, she thought it might be best to go to the IWK as she had started feeling contractions. By the time we got there, the hospital staff noted that the baby would be coming any minute. And so our second daughter was born shortly thereafter. It was an incredibly smooth and easily delivery with no complications. Mom and baby are both doing great. Thanks for the fantastic meal and memorable evening out EDNA!

    The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, not overdone. I had asked for a lovely spot as it was our Christmas dinner, and It was the loveliest spot in the place! The waitress was professional and very polite. We did not feel rushed and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you! Merry Christmas, or Happy Holidays!!
