We have changed up the menu since re-opening this fall [2023] . We are catering more now to our wonderful neighborhood, and neighbors. So be prepared for a totally different menu than the old "579".     Food was great. The only thing that was disappointing was that we made a reservation for standard seating inside but we were seated outside with an overpowering over head heater.

    I have been to Hemenway's in the past and this restaurant never ceases to be top notch. The Service (shoutout to Mia!) was fantastic and the food and atmosphere outstanding. I highly recommend Hemenway's. We were celebrating an anniversary and it was pretty cool that our table was sprinkled with rose petals and we were greeted numerous times with a hearty "Happy Anniversary! by a number of the wait staff and greeters(?). Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants anywhere!

    My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Mare! We went on a Tuesday night and it was pretty quiet, thankfully, and we ended up sitting outside in one of the rooftop igloos!! It was so romantic and such a great experience!! Our server Melissa was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable pertaining to the menu. The service and the food was fantastic, would definitely recommend.
