The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, a Berg Hospitality Group concept that originally debuted in 2022, is returning to the 2025 RODEOHOUSTON® BIGGER & BETTER! Join us on Tuesday, March 4th - Sunday, March 23rd and enjoy our new and improved layout featuring 2 unique dining experiences: fine dining in the Steakhouse or upscale, casual dining in the Saloon! Or saddle up at one of our 2 full bars or patio! The Saloon is a first come, first served dining experience featuring a large main bar with nightly DJs and live music on Saturdays and Sundays, along with the Porch, a covered outdoor patio with cocktail tables. The Steakhouse is the fine dining side where guests can reserve tables in advance. Guests can enjoy “The Ranch After Dark”, an elevated nightlife experience where each night, guests can reserve lounge tables by the live music stage from 10pm-close and have the option to order a la carte drinks or bottle service with a $500 minimum per table.

BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada. Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage. Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    From start to finish, dining at Steak 48 was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was refined and elegant, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive, with staff members who were clearly knowledgeable and passionate about both the menu and wine pairings. The food was nothing short of extraordinary; each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef’s creativity and commitment to using the finest ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the lamb chops , which was an absolute standout. Every detail, from the ambiance to the desserts, was flawless. It’s clear that this restaurant goes above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. I can’t wait to return.

    Amazing. No all you can eat here. Real sushi. We had a tasting menu and it was just great. The staff work as a team , they make sure you are well taken care of, without being over bearing. Highly recommended.
