Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors. Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style.     Absolutely perfect!! After its long closure, Waterlot has reopened with all the ambience, outstanding service, and delicious steaks, we were hoping for. Pricey but worth it.

    Always hesitate to leave a positive review because it only means a favorite eating place will get even more jammed. That said, we like coming to the Public House. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is plentiful and generally quite delicious. Julia our server was especially friendly, but without intruding. After taking our orders, she checked back several times to see if everything was ok and/or if we needed anything more. (On other occasions, Marsha has been great, but she does not work on Saturdays). The food was good. New England Clam Chowder. French Onion Soup & Chopped Wedge Salads were delicious. Wings were good; Chicken Picatta less so because the lemon sauce with capers tasted definitely like an add on instead of being infused into the chicken. All in all, however, it was another good evening... and a good dinner. We'll be back!

    My favorite meal in the hamptons is here at Le Charlot. Ask for the Cajun chicken....even though it's not on the menu they almost always have it. It's divine. Especially paired w a martini!
