We make fresh daily our own Alfredo, Marinara, Desserts, Poppy Seed Dressing, Baked Bread, Raviolis and off course all of our other pastas.Wiley’s Pasta has been in business for over 22 years. It was started by Terry Wiley as a wholesale pasta business run out of the back of our current location. At that time he had one pasta machine and wanted to bring the idea of fresh organic pasta to Ashland and Medford Oregon. Overtime the space grew and so did the business, growing from small lunches to the full service restaurant it is now.
