Now, you can fill up on fresh mountain trout, soup beans, and hoecakes and wash it down with local farm beer or fresh rosé. We explore the roots of Appalachian food and beverage culture and re-create it in our kitchen by preserving and reviving ingredients of our local heritage.Join us at The Speckled Trout for a taste of locally sourced regional fare by Chef Michael Foreman and warm hospitality that will keep y'all coming back!

There is a reason Americano has one the People’s Choice Award. They are THE best steak house in NE Tennessee. Hands down. Faith is a delightful server. Our food came out on very hot plates and prepared exactly as it should be. Not our first time, wont’ be the last.

Food was amazing and service was good. The only thing I had to ask for was refill on tea and had to ask the waitress to fix our table due to it was not level and constantly moved.
