Full service restaurant with a welcoming and well trained staff and extraordinary view of our beautiful Catskill Mountains,. We are located just up on the hill in the Hamlet of Roxbury. Please join us and indulge in some notable Maui Pork Belly, locally and lovingly 808 Smoked Turkey Breast BLT and of course our Rueben Fritters. We have dinner specials on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and on occasion you will benefit from some of Rich's award winning soups. Ate o Ate at Shephard Hills is managed by Rich and Peg Ellsworth. Rich is a self taught chef that always brings an interesting twist to some standard favorites. Both he and Peg strongly believe they should bring their younger talent along for the ride and are making Shephard Hills a place to learn and grow. Hoping you will learn and grow with us. We recommend bringing a sweater for the evenings in the Catskills tend to get a little cool and we do not always have the ability to move folks inside on weekends.
