Terroni Adelaide, formerly the York County Courthouse, is a multi-level heritage structure built in 1852. Just inside the doors is the Enoteca with its towering columns, a great spot for cocktails. Beyond is the main dining room, with a sunlit atrium, fireplaces on each end and private rooms all serviced by an open kitchen where our chefs prepare traditional Italian fare. In summer, the secret garden patio opens for al fresco dining in the heart of the city.Head down to the Cantina Wine Cellar where you will see the original courthouse cells now used to store our Italian wine. The second floor houses the grand Sala da Pranzo and Bar delle Carceri, named after the cells below.     Overall the experience great and our server Ramona was understanding, personable and a pleasure to have. The bartender was super backed up and took a while to get initial drinks on the table as well as getting refills. Otherwise the food came out promptly and was delicious as always.

    Bar ARDO is an absolute gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Sicilian flavors and impeccable hospitality. The red wild shrimp and raw scallops were nothing short of exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The rigatoni was equally delightful, perfectly cooked and rich with taste. The service was impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and the evening was made even more special when Chef Roberto Marotta himself took the time to visit our table and chat with us. This personal touch elevated the experience, showcasing the passion and dedication behind the cuisine. Bar ARDO offers a dining experience that’s both memorable and heartfelt. I can’t wait to return!

    We went for dinner and celebrated my nephews bday, and the service, ambiance, history of the building and most importantly, the food was superb. We started with burrata and prosciutto, funghi salad, calamari and carpaccio.. all amazing, baratta was a crowd favourite, mine was the funghi salad. Second were the pizzas, we had the sausage pizza and the goat cheese aubergine pizza…. Simply amazing, third were the pasta.. the bolognese was so delicious along with the mushroom prosciutto.. just wow. And pls have their desserts! The tiramisu and the affogato were so amazing. Will definitely go back. And not to forget their incredible wine selection !! Must try
