„chez l´ami“ – bei einem Freund. Der Name des neuen Restaurants ist Programm. Denn hier soll sich der Gast so wohl fühlen wie bei einem guten Freund zu Hause. Auf nur ca. 50 Quadratmetern verteilen sich 26 Sitzplätze.Ob Porterhouse aus dem Reifeschrank, Rib Eye Bone oder US-Tafelspitz - unsere verschiedenen Cuts werden mit einer feinen Auswahl aus saisonalen Beilagen serviert.“ Dabei darf der Gast dem „Freund“ vertrauen, denn die Zusammenstellung der Beilagen übernimmt das Küchenteam – abgestimmt auf die Speisen und die Saison. „Ganz nach dem Motto „Tischlein Deck Dich“ dürfen Sich die Gäste in die Hände der Gastroprofis begeben. Dabei gibt es keine vegetarischen oder veganen Gerichte, entgegen den Trends gibt es im chez l'ami vorrangig Fleisch.
