We celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here and they made it so incredibly special! We can’t recommend this place enough 10/10! Not only was the atmosphere amazing but the food was incredible! Complements to the chef because wow were we blown away! They were so friendly, accommodating, and the environment was incredible. The owner Oliver, manager Martin, and server Audrey made this celebration one to remember. My group of friends and I are still talking about how much fun we had and how we can’t wait to go back!

We had dinner at the Choux Gras on the opening night of the ski season. There was thus a smaller attendance than one would expect. The restaurant was pleasantly lit and without the least hint of rowdiness. This being a Thursday, there was a pianist who maintained a lovely elegant ambiance for diners. Although it is an upscale restaurant, the staff as well as most guests were dressed casually. The menu was excellent, even if limited in selections. For starters we ordered the lobster, shared amongst the two of us. The main course suggested 3 different beef plates. We each chose the filet mignon, which was modest in size and wonderfully tender as it should be. We also asked for baked potatoes, which were served in slices with the peel intact. All this was covered with a very tasty gravy. It was delicious. For desert, we ordered the "Sugar pie", a French-Canadian delicacy that tempted us both. Unfortunately, It was not Canadian suger pie, but rather a sugary apple pie. It was nevertheless good and we ate it without grumbling. Our waiter was most knowledgeable about the makeup of the menu and helped identify the tasty additions to the plates such as the squash with the lobster. The Choux Gras was the most elegant dining we had during the Mont Tremblant visit. It was of course expensive, but everything else is at Mont Tremblant. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good service and ambience (Wood burning fireplace), focaccia as a starter was great, and pasta dishes were great (Lasagna and Ravioli).
