The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. Everything we had from our appetizers to our meals was delicious! We didn’t wait for drinks or the table to be cleared. Jon was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back and try some other items on the menu!

Always a great experience at Masons Grill. They have the best clam chowder! Our server Emily was cheerful, attentive, informative and it really made our evening special. Damon and crew always make you feel at home. Much appreciated. Another reason to live in Hamburg:) Their Chef has been there forever, making sure the quality of the food is top-notch. They come up with some pretty interesting specials as well. Thx
