The Hind's Head is a traditional country village pub and restaurant serving freshly made food and quality local cask ales. We are a community owned and managed free house in a very picturesque Shropshire village. We have the more traditional areas of the pub with wood burning stoves, as well as a lovely restaurant and welcoming orangery for all our guests to enjoy food, drinks and good company. We offer two wine lists as well as a great selection of cask ales, lagers and ciders. The views from the front of the pub have a perfect picture post card view of St Chad's Church in the centre of the village. Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Superb meal. 5 friends enjoying fish and chips for £13 each on a Friday night! The fish was huge and the batter was light and tasty. I really have nothing but praise. The staff were friendly and attentive as always 10 out of 10

Really beautiful pub renovated to a sensitive but modern standard, cosy and tasteful interior. Friendly helpful staff, great and well priced menu, fab for families (I visited with my 8 year old). Worth travelling for and we will visit again. Met the high standard we expected from regularly visiting the market halls also operated by this group.

Food was lovely , rice didn't come out with our main dish which was only the downfall but everything else was spot on ! Cocktails were good too Thankyou we will be back !

Lovely traditional, homely pub. The staff are friendly and efficient, nothing too much trouble. Eaten before here and will be eating again in the future. Lovely to spend Christmas Day lunch in somewhere so nice. Thank you all for working so hard and giving up your Christmas to serve others. Very appreciated.x
