We offer a fixed 4 course meal every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 pm.Our menu is authentic and traditional Italian; we are a genuine Trattoria restaurant, where we accommodate every guest in a communal table in the middle of our room, exactly like the family we are! Our expanded space features now two rooms, for a maximum 55 people capacity; reservation is required.     As my son from Portland, Oregon, and my daughter up from college, I took them to bistro 11. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and my son always likes to try new places. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. We had our dinner at 6:45 PM. We had some cocktails and appetizer in our food. All was very very good. The waitress we had was superb and couldn’t ask for a better evening with my family. I would rate this 4.5 out of five stars

    To be clear, I’m a big fan of the Bedford Springs resort, but the upscale dining options there have always felt…underwhelming. I dined on a Saturday night in the Crystal Room. I like the way the Crystal room presents, with simple, but classic decor right in the heart of the hotel. But the menu is very conservative and rather limited, and quite expensive, so it can’t help but be a little disappointing. My partner had the salmon and I had the pork medallions: both were good, solid, well prepared, and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and charming. Our food came out in a very timely fashion. I’ll dine there again I’m sure, and my guess is that when I do I will again wish the prices matched the overall experience a bit better.
