Our menu is inspired by our own family gatherings, sharing food, wine, company, the beauty of our landscape and the bounty of our Estate Grown produce. Dine outdoors on the deck overlooking Lake Moodemere, or indoors in the heritage listed homestead - air conditioned in Summer with wood fires in Winter.We grow our own lamb, wheat, honey, citrus, seasonal vegetables & herbs. All our Estate produce is sustainably produced with minimal intervention and zero food miles in a reflection of the place it was grown and the people who made it.Our chefs have a passion for sustainability and creativity. The Pavilion Restaurant - Open 6 Days Per WeekThe Pavilion Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday, and features lovely views to The Calliope Vineyard, across the vast expanse of lawn. When the weather is fine, we open the French Doors & pull up the patio blinds, creating an alfresco dining experience. When it’s not so nice, we seat you in the inner restaurant, featuring plenty of natural light and glimpses of the vineyard and garden.Our menu prepared by Head Chef Drew Buntine, features fresh, local produce, perfectly matched to the extensive range of Buller Wines from our wine list. Our entrées are perfect for sharing and Drew's Grass Fed, Eye Fillet Steak, with a Balladeer Jus is a winner with steak lovers.
