It’s my favorite restaurant in the area. Reminds me of the NYC vibe. Service is excellent, food is excellent, drink specials are excellent. The price is like NYC.

Food is delicious, service is great. Hostess/Host alway welcoming and friendly. Best Eggplant Parmesan in Fairfield County !

Band was amazing but it was over the top loud when restaurant was packed. French onion soup was not hot but rest of food….salad with crab cake and filet mignon sandwich was really good. Service started off great but then the wait staff disappeared; wanted coffee and dessert as well as get a meal to go but the kitchen closed without waiter asking if we wanted anything else…..too bad to end a nice night that way.

Great experience for Valentines Day. Our waitress was top notch!!! I believe her name was Emily. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. My fiancée shared that she was pregnant and even though we didn’t want dessert, she surprised her with a plate that said congratulations w/desserts on it. She also brought out two champagne glasses with ginger ale in it. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to do and I was very pleased with her service. The food was pretty good. The porterhouse and the lamb was scrumptious. Will definitely go back for the experience. I also like how the brought out roses for all the ladies for Vday when the check was brought out!!! Very cool!

fabulous evening! delicous food, wonderful service and delightful atmosphere! bavette steak is a wonderful new addition! sole was phenomenal! thank you eugene, christina and everyone at l’ostal for making our evening extra special!
