We are a Farm-to-Table restaurant and Wine Bar situated in the Heart of the Finger Lakes. Our own 8-acre sustainable and organic farm grows much of our produce that accompanies our (where ever possible) locally-sourced fish and meats. We offer an expansive beverage program with a 300+ selection Wine List highlighting Finger Lakes wines side-by-side with similar cool climate wines from around the world. Our full dinner menu is available at the bar along with, craft & classic cocktails, and local beers. Our dining space offers casual comfort in the village's oldest building with two relaxing dining areas. Reservations are recommended for the dining room but the bar is first-come, first-serve.

    Our experience at Nolan’s was sheer perfection! We had the French onion soup, the garden salad and the famous lobster roll. The food was outstanding!!!! Thank you Nolan’s!     What can I say that doesn't reflect the five star rating I always give to The Park Inn. That being said I'm not a vegan guy but last night I had the Honeynut Squash. In the dugout part of the squash canoe was crispy tofu, cashew salsa and apples. A very flavorful combination. Chefs David Tarr and Kevin Cornwall have done a wonderful job following in Dan Eaton's footsteps. My wife and I enjoy their creations so much that we dine there at least once a week. The rest of the staff also gets top marks too for their attention to detail. Thanks James and Conner. So if you are visiting Hammondsport be sure to book a dinner at The Park Inn. It's a dinning experience not to be missed.

    Great service. Friendly staff. My wife’s pork was overcooked. My ribeye was perfect. Would definitely recommend it.
