Kyle G’s Prime Seafood is open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. As there are a limited number of oceanfront tables available, the earlier reservations are seated on the windows first. Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.

Conchy Joe's Seafood Restaurant and Bar is a Bahamian inspired seafood and steak eatery. It is hailed for its laid-back atmosphere and for pioneering the introduction of conch to the West Coast..     The night was beautiful ,sitting outside with a memorable view of the Indian River lagoon and the bridge from Sewellls Point to Hutchinson Island in the distance . The stuffed shrimp and the shrimp and. grits were delicious and very well presented. Our waitress, Sarah, was most accommodating. We will be back.

    This was my first time at CoLab Kitchen, and they didn't disappoint. Made reservations for family of 8 and we were seated early. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time together and food served.

    I have been to Oak and Ember on a few occasions. Mostly for special celebrations. The food and staff are incredible. Each time I’ve been there, the experience has only been enhanced by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They almost accompany you through the meal in a way that guides you through their menu without being intrusive. You do not feel rushed at all. I was stuck in traffic and a few minutes late, but a quick call to the restaurant and they were so accommodating. On the most recent trip, Gia was an incredible waitress. Our party left after almost 3 hours of an exquisite meal and great conversation. Truly a must stop for anyone on the Treasure Coast.
