We had a great experience at Republic. One of the best restaurants in the area. Staff were super attentive to allergies. Prices are quite reasonable.

We had a late lunch on our way up to Sister Bay, but wanted try Chop for dinner as it was highly recommended. We ordered only Caesar Salad and Lobster Bisque and they were perfect and frankly the best we’ve ever experienced. We couldn’t resist the carrot cake and ordered it to go and it was delicious as well. Service was impeccable and our server was delightful. Already planning a return trip!

Delicious food but fries were cold. Great service. Dining room was cold. Zinc tables don’t help keeping the food hot.
