Reservation was made in advance and we were seated within minutes of that time. Drinks served, apps came quickly and were liked by all. Main dishes where excellent and all where happy. Overall a great dining experience, only complaint it was a little chilly in the area we were seated. Highly recommended

Even though the reservation was made more than 2 weeks ago and we could only get a 3:00 time slot— that was no big deal. We got a fantastic table on the 2nd floor, our server was a delight and very helpful, our food was incredible— just an all around wonderful Valentines Day “linner” (lunch/dinner)! It’s really no wonder it’s hard to get a table; this place is our favorite!

Just enjoyed a superb dinner at Fields with my wife. We started with the crab cake, which was loaded with chunks of delicious crab and served with a spicy aioli sauce. She had the salmon and raved about the quality of the fish. She said it was cooked perfectly; it was tender, moist, and not overcooked, as often happens. I had the filet, and it was cooked exactly to my specifications. It, too, was tender and moist and bursting with flavor. My twice-baked potato was one of the best I’ve had in years. The wine menu is extensive, with quality wines available by the glass (sadly, this is becoming less common). We look forward to returning soon!

We started our meal with an appetizer special of cheese and Italian sausage arancini fried rice balls with marinara. They were a wonderful way to start our meal, paired with a nice glass of Cooper's Hawk Meritage red wine and an elderberry spritz. We also enjoyed a complimentary serving of pretzel bread that we saved for accompanying our meal. For our main course we both had the Surf and Turf Valentine's Day special. It featured two filet medallions with a winter truffle crust, a blue crab-stuffed lobster tail, roasted broccolini, whipped potatoes, and lemon beurre blanc. Everything was prepared superbly, with the steak being a perfect medium-rare, the lobster very tender, and the broccolini nicely al dente. The mashed potatoes were super smooth, creamy and delicious as well. Despite being quite full, we ordered key lime pie and banoffee (banana-toffee) pie, both made with a graham cracker crust. Both were great, but I would probably order the key lime pie next time instead of the very sweet banoffee. Although it's a 35 minute drive to get to, we now hope to go to Cooper's Hawk on a regular basis!

I can’t rave about the customer service enough. I made a note when i reserved that i was taking my 10 year old there for his first steakhouse experience. They treated him like a celebrity from the moment we walked in and gave us the most special night ever- complete with a tour of the kitchen! He said it was that best day of his life and i have so much gratitude.
